Youtube Video editor

I'm starting a Youtube channel with travel related content, and am looking for an experienced editor who edits with Premiere Pro. It's important that you're good at storytelling, shot selection, and are able to edit to the beat of music.
Most of the videos will be around 5-15 minutes in length.
Each video will be built around the same structure.
For each video I also need a short 30-60 second version.
I will send proxy files to you, and you will send download link for the offline edit along with the project files so I can online each project on my end.
