Content Researcher and Coordinator for TikTok

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Content Researcher and Coordinator to enhance our TikTok presence. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and curating content in the areas of investing, cryptocurrency, trading, and business success. Your primary task will be to develop comprehensive technical requirements for our video editors, using Trello as the main organizational tool. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of what captivates our target audience on TikTok and be adept at translating these insights into clear, actionable guidelines for video production. Note that this role does not involve video creation, but rather the preparation and coordination of content ideas and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Content Sourcing and Coordination:
- Identify and source full-length videos relevant to our content themes.
- Formulate tasks for video editors to create TikTok-friendly clips, including specifying time frames, titles, engagement tactics, and call-to-actions.

Textual Content Research and Video Task Creation:
- Research and find textual information and articles online related to our themes.
- Develop comprehensive video briefs for editors to transform these texts into engaging TikTok videos.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in content research and coordination, preferably in finance and business topics.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with TikTok's content style and audience preferences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
