PPC Expert/Google Ads

I run a small SEO agency and from time to time, I have clients that are interested in running paid ads. I don't have expertise in running ads and am looking for someone to help me set up campaigns and make sure our clients are recieving a return on their investment. All of our clients are local service businesses (contractors, plumbers, carpet cleaners, etc.)
