We are searching for a highly motivated salesperson/appointment setter to assist in nurturing and qualifying new leads with potential clients for our supplement & beverage contract manufacturing company. You will be provided with both inbound leads as well as data of potential clients to do outbound calls,
What does the job entail today?
- Assist in contact management for relationship nurturing and engagement with potential business clients, through phone calls, messaging, and
- Measure conversion and meet performance goals and benchmarks.
- Report resulting engagement and conversion from implemented marketing initiatives, and recommend campaign improvements based on first-hand conversations.
- Manage and update team database (CRM), including contact sourcing, creation, screening, qualification, follow-up, nurturing, deletion, and appointment setting.
- Immediately respond to incoming calls, texts, and
- Manage qualified contacts and oversee automated content delivery.
- Follow up on the contact list to maintain consistent engagement.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to develop, support, and monitor strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new client opportunities.
- Identify areas of opportunity for growth and pitch campaign ideas with a focus on outreach initiatives for city and community partners and counterparts.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills, with a natural American accent
- Stable internet and good video call setup
- 2-3 years minimum experience in outbound B2B outreach; preferably in an appointment-setting or sales role
- Experience with tools for automation, CRM,
- Experience working with a remote team
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Ability to work independently, or as part of a team
Terms:
40 Hours/Week
$1000/month + bonus on sales
USA EST or PST hours 9-5 hours
