We are delighted to announce a pivotal opportunity for a seasoned Customer Service Manager to join our ambitious team at Upgrade to see actual info / berado.eu. Your expertise in establishing and optimizing customer service systems will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience and supporting our expansion.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the email inbox of Berado, ensuring all customer communications are handled promptly and professionally.
- Overseeing and moderating social media comment sections, engaging with our community, and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Monitoring and improving our review scores through strategic customer engagement.
- Hiring, training, and managing new customer service teaUpgrade to see actual infombers as the business scales.
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline customer service processes and resolve issues effectively.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in a senior customer service role, with a track record of setting up and optimizing customer service systems.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in building and managing a customer service team.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Excellent organizational and team management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with exceptional communication skills.
- Experience with Shopify and Gorgias.

Job Details:

This is a full-time position.
Starting 5$ hourly rate, with additional performance-based bonuses.
