I am seeking an executive assistant to help me organize webinars and correspondence. You will need to be tech-savvy and here are some of the duties:
1. Work with me to recruit guests, document their talking points, bio, presentations, promotions, and assist with schedules:
* One weekly webinar
* Two monthly webinars
2. Having meaninful
3. Sitting in on virtual meetings to take notes
4. Send follow-up
5. Occasionally use Canva to create graphics to enhance my social media posts
6. General administrative duties
