Real Estate Assistant/Video Editor

**Job Description:**

As a Real Estate Assistant/Editor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate company and ensuring the accuracy and quality of our marketing materials. This multifaceted role requires a combination of administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating compelling and polished content. **Responsibilities:**

1. **Content/Video Editing:** Review and edit property listings, marketing materials, and other written content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards.

2. **Administrative Support:** Provide administrative assistance such as responding to emails, answering messages and handling phone calls.

3. **Market Research:** Conduct research on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor analysis to support decision-making.

4. **Social Media Management:** Assist in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and implementing marketing strategies. This includes, editing and creating reels, creating captions, creating captions, answering DMs etc.

**Qualifications:**

1. Experience with admin work, communications, marketing, real estate or a related field.

2. Strong editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Slack, Dropbox, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premier or other video editing software.

5. Previous experience in real estate or a related field is a plus.

6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

7. Creative mindset and an understanding of effective marketing strategies.

8.Ability to edit real estate reels and tiktoks apartment tours.
