JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a rockstar Customer Service agent for my Brand - DracoSlides. We are a close team of 4 agents and looking to expand the team to 5. We treat each other like family and would love to have you join the team.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
- Efficiently manage orders on Shopify.
- Work with other tea ---------- mbers via ---------- .
- Have experience with Gorgias or Tidio for streamlined customer interactions.

Requirements:

- Experience with Shopify and customer service platforms.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience using ---------- .
- Stable internet connection.
