JOB OVERVIEW

No & Low is an E- Commerce non-alcoholic bottle shop ---------- looking to change the way the world drinks! We are currently looking to add a full-time Sr Inventory Manager, Monday - Friday (5am- 1pm EST with 1 hour break), during training flexible schedule until settled into position. We are looking for strong experience and skills in Operations, inventory procurement, logistics and reporting.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Inventory management - Inventory procurement management for multiple warehouses
- Perform monthly inventory reconciliations
- Purchasing - Issuing and managing all po's to vendors
- Approving, batching, posting vendor invoices
- Hiring freight companies to ship orders
- Coordinate and Monitor domestic and cross-border shipments
- Coordinate and Monitor overseas shipments
- Process Customs broker entries, batch, and post
- Verify all transactions on all business sales channels sync to main business accounting software and third party warehouses
- Update and manage all product listing for all sales channels
- Verify all co-workers are using electronic filing system
- Source, test, and implement apps to improve efficiency of operations
- Analytics - generate numerous monthly/quarterly business tracking reports
- Follow policies and procedures and provide input for future improvements

Qualifications and Skills

- 5 years experience Operations, procurement, and logistics with strong analytical and attention to detail skills
- Fast and reliable internet connection, computer that can perform work with no hesitancy, and smart phone
- A room to work in with no other people or distractions
- Experience in remote working position
- Previous experience posting with Shopify, Amazon, Zoho and Google Suite
- Must have positive attitude, passionate about career, high level of intelligence, and integrity
- Excellent English verbal and written communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Able to work efficiently in fast pace environment, excel in multitasking, and great attention to detail
- Problem solver, work independently, and as a part of a team
- Post secondary business administration education
