Call Center Agent with Bengali/Thai/Nepali language

The worldwide outsourcing call center is looking for professional Call Center Representative with fluent English and other local language in Manila Philippines.


**Responsibilities:**

- Communication with customers assigned foreign language (reception and processing of incoming queries via phone, email, live chat);
- Providing support to clients; help with current issues;
- Registration of information in the database;
- Interaction with internal departments on different levels regarding specific projects.

**Requirements:**

- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages (at least C1 level):
Sinhalese / Thai / Nepali /Burmese/ Bengali/ Urdu / Hindi / Tamil.
- Proficiency in English (at least C1 level);
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Desire to learn, responsibility
- Comfortable with computers and software.
