We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join our real estate team. This role will primarily involve administrative tasks and supporting our tea
Key Responsibilities:
1. Follow up on listing showings and gather feedback daily.
2. Review, follow, and update the team's task management system daily.
3. Efficiently handle
delegation.
4. Maintain a comprehensive daily message sheet, sharing updates with team
members and filing them for reference.
5. Regularly update and manage listing files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date
records.
6. Update and maintain current property listings, uploading new ones onto the
designated platform (Matrix).
7. Assist in preparing Pre-Listing Packages for property listings.
8. Provide support in managing Buyer Files, organizing and maintaining
necessary documentation.
9. Manage the supply of project/development packages, including brochures
and disclosures.
10. Facilitate communication with the past client database and assist in
maintaining client relationships.
11. Offer assistance to all tea
requests.
Additional Requirement:
• Experience in managing office systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and platforms.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and task execution.
