Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Marketing Manager (Email and Social Media). The Virtual Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing email and social media campaigns to promote Citywide Investments properties and develop and execute digital marketing strategies. They will work closely with other marketing tea ---------- mbers to develop integrated campaigns and will track success metrics to measure campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate also Implements day-to-day marketing efforts, including digital content. Promoting properties across various platforms and being detailed oriented. Helps oversee website related to area of focus for timely and consistent updates. Works effectively, providing clear objectives, goals, feedback and exceeds goals.

Qualifications

Excellent English both written and verbal
Marketing, Communications, or a related field experience
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or email marketing
Experience developing and executing social media campaigns on multiple platforms
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions and track campaign effectiveness
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Experience with real estate marketing is a plus but not required
