Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role involves creating engaging designs for various social media platforms, collaborating with our marketing team, and contributing to strategic planning for church clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) for 15 church clients.
Client Communication: Regularly interact with clients to understand their design needs and discuss promotional strategies.
Content Creation: Work alongside our content team to develop and implement design strategies that align with church values and messages.
Project Management: Collaborate with the project management team using Teamwork to ensure timely delivery of design projects.
Team Collaboration: Engage closely with graphic, video, advertising, and website teams to fulfill client requests and maintain a cohesive brand image.
Strategic Planning: Contribute creative ideas to enhance church growth and online engagement through innovative design.

Requirements:

Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
An understanding of The Bible and church values, with the ability to reflect these in designs.
Experience in managing social media content and understanding its dynamics.
Flexibility to work late hours as needed, especially for clients in different time zones.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
