Graphic Designer

Bring your designs to life as a Graphic Designer at a creative agency!

We’re looking for a savvy designer with an excellent visual eye to create graphics for websites, apps, and social media.


Your daily responsibilities would include:

1. Send a daily report
2. Create graphic designs to be used on websites, web apps, and mobile apps, in a specific style, as directed (e.g. the graphic in the hero area of a website)
3. Create social media images for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter for our multiple accounts


To qualify for the position, you will need at least 1 year experience in the following:

1. Graphic design
2. Website or app design
3. Figma


About you:

- You’re a fast learner
- You pay close attention to detail
- You follow instructions to the letter
- Your English writing, reading, and listening skills are excellent


You’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them:

- Web research using search engines like Google, Bing, etc.
- Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Calendar)
- Notion (project management)
- Slack (communication)
- Float (time tracking)


Welcomed, but not required skills (we can teach you):

1. Animation / Motion Graphics Experience
2. UI/UX Design / Product Design


Work schedule and holidays

This is a full-time position, Mondays to Fridays, flexible hours.

You’ll qualify for 10 vacation leaves and 10 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period. We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day. When applying, please put Paramount as the first word in your application’s subject line.

We’re in JST (Japan) and EST (Boston). Our team is global - we don’t expect you to work in our timezone.
