EXPERIENCED Amazon Operations Manager (& Marketing Manager)

We are looking for an Amazon manager with at least 5 years of experience as an Amazon Operations manager to help us automate our business and manage our Private label Amazon store. Our company is based in the Netherlands and we are active in Amazon DE, Amazon IT, Amazon ES, Amazon NL, Amazon FR and Amazon USA. We manage 9 brands and 100 SKU's.

Work hours will be during the evening Philippine time (16:00-0:00) , but can be shifted towards day-time in the future (09:00-17:00).

Responsibilities:
- Leading our Philippine based Amazon team (3 Graphic Designers, 1 PPC, 1Procurement, and growing...)
- Data Analysis
- Content Maintenance
- Account Management
- Customer satisfaction & Review Management

Day-to-day tasks:
- Executing and developing operational business strategies.
- Supervising staff
- Controlling stock levels
- Further developing our in-house (excel) operational reporting [KPI tracking, Content tracking, ROI tracking, ...]
- Reviewing our in-house operational reports

To qualify you must posess the following attributes:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Amazon Operations manager
- High level of Excel / google sheets skills
- Deep knowledge of Amazon operations and organizational effectiveness
- Excellent English skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to commit to full-time employment for at least 2 years

Salary Range: $1000 to $1600 USD per month (6.25 - 10 USD per hour), based on your experience.
