Real Estate Cold Caller

We are seeking a proactive and communicative Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. Your primary role will be to perform cold calling tasks, reaching out to potential off-market sellers, and introducing them to the diverse services offered by Prime Real Estate Advisors. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing to our innovative approach to real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct cold calls to off-market sellers to introduce our services, including cash offers, creative financing options, and listing with our brokerage.
-Maintain accurate records of calls, including follow-up details and client responses.
-Work closely with our team to refine calling scripts and approaches to improve engagement and conversion rates.
-Provide feedback on potential leads and assist in the development of strategies to target new market segments.
-Ensure a high level of professionalism and brand representation during all interactions.

Requirements:

-Excellent communication skills in English.
-Experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in real estate or related fields.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Comfortable with technology and able to use or quickly learn real estate-related CRM and communication tools.
