Order Processing Specialist for Gaming Store E-Commerce (Custom Print on Demand)

We're looking for an Order Processing Specialist to join our dynamic team in the world of custom print on demand for a gaming shopify store e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

-Daily Order Management: Oversee the daily orders, ensuring all customer information is accurately imported into our spreadsheet.
- Image Processing Coordination: Liaise with our in-house editor daily to process and obtain images for orders.
- Customer Communication: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to order details, such as incorrect addresses or image discrepancies.
- Bulk Order Supervision: Pay extra attention to bulk orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Supplier Coordination: Efficiently relay order information to our supplier to guarantee smooth operations.
- Customer Follow-Up: Proactively engage with customers for feedback and address any post-order concerns.
