Customer Service Specialist (AU hours, fully remote)

We’re a growing industrial supplier in Sydney that is building a national reputation for supplying quality industrial, maintenance and safety supplies backed by great service.

We need an intelligent team player to work with our remote team in Manila.

If you are a people-person who loves to give exceptional service and have great phone English, this role might be right for you.

Key tasks and primary requirements:
-Assist customers on their general enquiries and order status follow-ups over the phone
-Can-do attitude and keenness to learn
-Must have great phone manners and good spoken English
-Must be based in Metro Manila, and able to meet up with the local team once a month
-Must have own workstation and headset

Good-to-have's:
-Needs minimal supervision
-A good sense of inventory management
-Some degree of product knowledge in the industrial, maintenance and safety categories

Although you will be working from home, this is a full-time role, hence you are expected to complete 40 hours a week.
