We privately own couple of apartments that are listed on Airbnb. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional guest experiences and maximizing property owners' returns. As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Airbnb Booking and Guest Relations Manager.

Position: Airbnb Booking and Guest Relations Manager (Part-Time)

Location: Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia (Role will be virtual or online only)

Responsibilities:
As the Airbnb Booking and Guest Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our holiday and short-term rental properties. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Booking Management:

Monitor and manage Airbnb bookings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date listings.
Coordinate reservations, check-ins, and check-outs to optimize property occupancy.

Guest Communication:

Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Communicate essential information, property details, and local recommendations to guests before and during their stay.

Liaison with Third-Party Providers:

Collaborate with cleaning services, maintenance teams, and other third-party providers to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for guests.
Address any issues that may arise during a guest's stay, coordinating with relevant service providers for quick resolution.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records of bookings, expenses, and property maintenance activities.
Assist in the development of marketing strategies to enhance property visibility and attract new guests.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Airbnb platform and reservation systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:
This is a part-time position, with flexibility based on booking demands.
