Construction Management

Location: California, USA
Work Schedule: This is a remote position. US business hours (Pacific Time)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Construction Management to join our team. You will collaborate with Project Managers and Construction Professionals to deliver exceptional results.
This is a remote position, and the successful candidates should have a reliable home office setup.

Responsibilities:
- 4 years of experience in construction or a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques and materials
- Ability to manage construction budgets, construction schedules, and payment schedules
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents, generate cost estimates
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in construction management, Architecture or related field
- Licensed Architect
- Proficiency in Project Management Software
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Architecture
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within US business hours (Pacific Time).
- Excellent communication skills
