Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to acquire new clients.
2. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, social media, email, and paid advertising.
3. Leverage data analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
4. Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial contact to conversion.
5. Provide exceptional customer service and support, including phone support, to build and maintain strong client relationships.
6. Coordinate with the content team to create engaging and relevant marketing materials.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Top Skills Required:
• Strong English speaking and communication skills.
• Proven experience in customer support and sales support.
• Skilled in telemarketing and social media management, particularly Meta , twitter and ---------- marketing.
• Extensive Knowledge of Performance Ad Management.
• Experience in content, social media, forum/community moderation, and email support.
• Technical support capabilities, with an understanding of web design and hosting.

Other Skills:
• Proficiency in video editing and translation services is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
