Are you an energetic reliable Virtual Assistant

I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to help out with my ebay business. Initially I would like him/her to help me research products, and optimise the titles when listed. I will provide you with whatever training is needed, but if you have worked in ebay in the past that would be excellent.
In return I will pay you a decent sum, treat nicely and treat with a bonus based on your performance.
