Sales Representative

We are an Australian company which delivers live online games/activities to Aged Care Centres.

If you are an outbound Sales Representative who loves sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities
• Use scripts to cold call prospective customers to book them into a free trial of our online games/activities
• Convert those free trial attendees to our paid programs
• Use our CRM to maintain customer details/notes and log follow up tasks
• Provide feedback to management for improvement

Requirements
• Proven experience as an outbound sales representative or similar role is required.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Highly competent in Microsoft applications including Word and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly efficient
• Excellent typing speed
• Laptop (with ideally a second monitor)
• Reliable internet connection

This is a full time role consisting of 40hrs per week.
