Wordpress Manager - Part Time (permanent)

Our growing company is looking for a part-time wordpress manager to install and maintain a large network of blogs.

You will need to create new wordpress sites, install and troubleshoot several advanced plugins and will be in charge of the security of those sites.

You will also need to install and design the theme of the sites using an advanced wordpress theme. You will not need to create the banners. They will be provided to you. But you need at least a minimum of design creativity to match the site theme to the banner in a decent manner.

You will also not need to create the sites from scratch but instead, you will be provided a template with all the main plugins already installed and a software to install it.

Of course we will provide detailed training and you will be assisted during your job and never left alone.

From time to time, you may be required to create some videos using animoto or similar which will make this really easy, and may be required to create a few facebook pages, twitter accounts and youtube channels for our sites.

Again, training will always be available for any task.

This is more of a combination of an advanced Wordpress administrator not just the usual wordpress assistant or Content Writer job that you see posted everyday.

However, having experience working with cPanel is definitively a plus.

You must have experience working in the wordpress environment, installing, using and troubleshooting plugins. And should have experience working with an advanced wordpress theme.

You should also be available to work full time in around three months.

We offer $25 USD/Week as a base compensation, as a part time (25 hours a week) during the first 3 months as an evaluation period, and after that (depending on your performance) you may be moved to full time (40+ hours per week) with double the salary ($50 USD/Week).

We also offer 13th annual salary, and a share of the company net profits every three months. This will make you feel not like just an employee but also like a partner. To help you keep going quickly we will pay you weekly for the first three months.

Here's what we expect from you: You will need to install at least one site per day, including the theme for the site, 5 days a week. You will be given a task list for the week and you must work on those tasks without much supervision and self-dependency.

You definitively must be comfortable working with schedules and deadlines.
