MARKETING COORDINATOR (Full Time from 9am to 6pm, Mon-Fri)

Our group companies operate a professional chartered accounting & business advisory firm, chain of well-known restaurants, recruitment agency and nail & beauty salon. Our businesses have operations in Australia, Hong Kong, Japan and Taiwan.

(Who are we looking)
Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for providing marketing support to our companies including:
Lead Generation
• Develop and implement a fresh marketing and communication strategy for the company including an internal style guide, framework of marketing objectives, project plans and review of the company current materials and website
• Maintain an accurate and current database details for general public, clients and customers etc
• Coordinate the preparation, printing, distribution and archiving of promotional materials, including marketing materials for local and national venues, programs/posters/flyers, regular newsletters, teaching resources and corporate communication materials
• Manage the businesses ‘social media activities including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and website updates and upgrades
• Booking advertising, creating ad artwork and creating production and company materials as required
• Prepare, gather and compile audience feedback forms and media editorial and reviews from seminar/webinar
• Excellent content writing skills
• Strategy CRM Digital Marketing

(Tasks, Skills, Attributes required)
You will need to prepare tailored marketing plan and calendar, perform lead generation activities on behalf of our group including blog writing, email marketing, articles and content creation and social media updates etc. The role requires a mature, multitasking legend with excellent communication and people skills who is able to work autonomously as well as part of the team. Ideally you have:
• Degree or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years working experience in marketing and digital design
• Excellent attention to details and willingness to learn
• Strong knowledge in CRM and digital software
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft office applications
• Good command of English, Japanese speaking is an advantage

We will also involve you in the refinement of our business process to ensure our operation runs smoothly and maintain high standards.
