You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for our social media sites. This will include blogging, creating content, managing regular posts and responding to followers.
You will have to stay at the leading edge of industry trends, to create a marketing strategy that generates inbound leads, gains followers and creates a positive image for the company. You are also responsible for regularly evaluating the success of our marketing efforts and tweaking our strategy as needed.
Our goal is to achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.

Responsibilities:
- Along with company Exectuive, Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, review, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video via FB, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and Linkedin depending on who we're targeting) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and then acting on that information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Requirements:
- Comfortable using Wordpress, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin, Twitter & Facebook
- Perfect Written English a MUST! no exceptions here, I’m sure you understand
- Ability to create compelling content, re-write content, and create exciting headlines and synopsis
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of SEO and Social media
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Work is part/full time, $400- $800/mth based on experience. Must be willing to use Hubstaff.com to track your work, we will pay any software costs associated with tracking your work.
We will cover all of your paypal fees.
All your time will be accounted for, we never pay less than you're owed.
After 12 months you will receive health insurance
After 1 year you will get a 13th month bonus/salary each year.
