Virtual assistant / Lead generation specialist

Our team is looking to expand our lead generation team and we’re looking for a sharp individual with a desire to grow with a fast moving company


Job description :

You would be working inside of my instagram & facebook messaging account, communication with leads as they message us from the platforms. You would also be connecting with prospective leads organically through my post and new followers. There will also be inbound application forms sent. Your goal would be to communicate on behalf of my social media account and create an interest for the lead to book a sales call with me. The commission structure promotes a performance based environment where the previous VA's on average made $ ---------- USD/month

Responsibilities
Engaging in our lead generation strategy on all our social media platforms during scheduled hours
Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performances ( we provide tracking sheets)
Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership

Requirement
High level of experience with instagram , Facebook, and other social media platforms
Experience with customer service is a plus
Some experience in the fitness industry is also a plus but not mandatory
Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style
Must attend weekly meetings
Must have flexible availability to work weekends, evenings ,and mornings








Step 1: What the position must commit to
Weekly or daily meetings
Working evenings and weekends
Being responsive
60 probation period
40 hours per week of work -8 hours per day - 2 days off not consecutively [ we will discuss on interview ]


Step 2: Pay structure
60 day probation[ still paid the same as below during this time]

$500 USD BASE/MONTH
$10 USD Commission for each lead that closes for High Ticket Coaching 97% of the people we are selling too and are on my program ]

+$3 USD commission for low ticket
