We are a US-based company, is in search of a talented Cold Caller to join our team. We’re looking for someone who can make cold calling seem like a breeze and has experience in handling calls during the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential vendors in a friendly and persuasive manner.
• Identify and qualify leads through effective communication.
• Follow established scripts and guidelines to convey our company’s value proposition.
• Collect pricing using RFP documentation
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in cold calling, particularly during the EST time zone.
• An exceptional, pleasant, and engaging phone voice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
