US based Luxury Private Chefs Looking For Admin, Virtual Assistant, Social Media

We are looking for 1-3 individuals to help us take our "high end" private chef company to the next level! It has been only my wife and I, chef-owners. We are chefs that have been handling every aspect of the business. With having our first baby born this year, we have not had time for anything, including our business. We need your help! Our customers deserve better. We are missing opportunities to earn their business again.

Company Goals: We hope to connect with other private chefs around the US, facilitating services, offering leads and systems, and chef-to-chef training. We also hope to create a course to help chefs that are tired of being in a restaurant, get out and start working for themselves.

How: By providing valuable information and offering private chef courses in online format and empowering high-level chefs to work for themselves.

Who We Are Now: One of the best private chef companies available in the Washington DC area. We offer intimate dining, multicourse dinners for celebrating life milestones, birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions.

Description of Services Needed:
Assistance in creating Standards of Practice & Systems that can be easily followed by other chefs.
Improve organization and workflow
Lead outreach and generation
Social media management - building our social media awareness (currently only posting weekly or twice a month.)
Implement customer CRM to track where they are in the booking process.

Email correspondence with clients
Bookings - Calendar management/scheduling events
Google Mail- Docs/ Sheets/ Etc
Handling light accounting through QuickBooks or other

Currently we are using Google workspace and google tools, Wix for our website, Slack, Zoom, Zapier, Instagram, Facebook

We are accepting applications for as little as 2 hours per day. We are great at building and maintaining teams of happy workers. Weekly and monthly bonuses given regularly! Our company does NOT have a lot of structure. This is something we are looking to improve on. We have big plans! We treat employees like family. Initial 30 day trial to see if we are a good fit for each other.
