Job Title: Full-Time Virtual Assistant – Podcast, Social Media & Coaching Platform Support

Job Description:

We’re looking for a seasoned, full-time Virtual Assistant with deep experience in podcast production, video/audio editing, and social media content creation and management—plus a strategic understanding of marketing and automation systems to support our men’s coaching platform (Whole Man Coaching), a long form podcast called “The Expandimg Man” and the personal branding of Tate Siemer.

You’ll be building and scaling the Expanding Man podcast and brand across platforms like Instagram and YouTube, with a specific emphasis on audience growth and viral content strategies. You’ll also support backend operations using GoHighLevel, helping us convert audience into leads, community members, and coaching clients.

You will be growing “The Whole Man” Coaching platform run by Tate. This will be done through funnel/CRM growth and social media organic content.

This role is ideal for someone who’s creative, tech-savvy, and excited about supporting a purpose-driven brand that helps men live powerful, mission-led lives.

Key Responsibilities:

????? Podcast Production
• Edit long-form episodes for audio and video
• Publish and optimize content on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts
• Create short-form clips, reels, audiograms, and teasers
• Add intros/outros, transitions, captions, and thumbnails
• Manage the publishing calendar and deliver assets on schedule

???? Social Media Growth & Management
• Plan, create, and post content on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook
• Repurpose podcast episodes into reels, quote graphics, carousels, and text posts
• Strategically grow our YouTube and Instagram audiences, with a focus on organic and viral growth
• Stay on top of trends, audio, and algorithm changes to maximize visibility
• Engage with the audience and support community growth
• Track and report analytics to optimize content performance

?? GoHighLevel & Coaching Funnel Support
• Build and maintain click magnets, landing pages, and opt-in funnels leading to:
• Our Skool community
• Our high-ticket coaching program
• Support and grow our CRM inside GoHighLevel, including tagging, segmentation, and automation
• Assist in sending broadcast emails, nurture sequences, and drip campaigns
• Upload content, manage integrations, and ensure lead flow from social content to coaching offers

Required Skills:
• Podcast editing (Descript, Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• Strong content design/editing chops (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Demonstrated success growing Instagram and YouTube audiences—preferably with viral content experience
• Solid knowledge of GoHighLevel or proven ability to learn quickly
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-obsessed
• Experience supporting coaching brands, influencers, or online educators is a plus

• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-obsessed
• Experience supporting coaching brands, influencers, or online educators is a plus
