Customer Service Rep

I'm looking for a customer support agent to answer emails, handle returns, refunds, communicate with suppliers and more.
With potentially other opportunities with room to grow. Please reply with the word "ECOM" (make sure it's all uppercased). Then send me your favorite quote as well as your resume.

Requirements (must meet all of the requirements):
- Must have Shopify experience.
- Must have 3+ years of Customer support experience with an E-commerce Company
- Must be willing to work & answer my responses/messages outside of the working time (have to be flexible)
- Must be able to handle emails at a rate of 2-4 minutes per email (we will test you)
- Must be willing to handle criticism, feedback, & advice
- Must respond quickly when we message
- Your spoken & written English should be decent without relying on tools like deepl or google translate & it should flow smoothly
- Must not have other commitments like (school, work, kids) that will distract from work

Starting would be part-time and building up to fulltime. If you're fine starting part-time, and working up to full time send me a message. We are looking for someone who is willing to work 6 days a week around 3-6 hours a day. (maybe more on certain days or in the future) You MUST be very responsive on skype, anyone not responsive on skype is automatically disqualified. Starting pay is $4/hr with room to grow.
