Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media and Engagement Specialist to join our mental health practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and X, with a strong focus on increasing engagement and growing our follower base.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

Create and curate content for Facebook, Instagram, and X.
Schedule and post content regularly.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages.

2. Engagement and Growth:

Implement strategies to increase engagement and followers.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the team to develop promotional campaigns.

3. Content Creation:

Design visually appealing graphics and create cool, engaging videos.
Ensure all content aligns with our brand and mission.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and mental health.

4. Community Building:

Foster a supportive online community.
Engage with followers and other mental health communities.
Represent the practice's values and ethos online.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong graphic design and video production skills.
Excellent understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and X.
Ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies for optimal engagement.
Passionate about mental health advocacy and sensitive to the needs of our audience.
