JOB OVERVIEW

UK training company seeks talented Assistant for a work-from-home full-time position to work on various projects

We have been established for over 15 years and have operations in the UK and USA. Last year we established a market in the USA and began offering e-learning as an option. We wish to offer our range of training programs direct to end users via the internet in the UK and USA. To do this, we need an experienced, efficient, effective and loyal assistant/project manager to support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). You will be (or aspire to be) an expert in social media networking sites management.. such as facebook, youtube, flickr, tumblr etc. Your work will assist our CEO to fulfil her corporate objectives for the UK and US operations.

For all of the websites that we are currently designing you will be required to:

* Advise on the most suitable strategy to dominate the market via social networking (for each operation of the business)
* Daily contact with CEO for information to write quality content articles, content and blogs on various subjects relevant to the websites.
* Manage facebook, twitter and other social media accounts inc daily posts and creating new events, as well as responding to enquiries by fans and followers
* Find joint venture partners for our websites (on a daily basis) and send me a report of all potential partners you have found. We will then let you know which ones to contact. You may already know how to find such people. For example, many of them can be found on the ClickBank marketplace here - https://www.clickbank.com/marketplace.htm
* Carry out keyword research, and find potential partners advertising on search engines for keywords relating to each of the websites as required from time to time etc.
* Carry out other personal assistant administrative tasks such as travel arrangements etc.

KEY SKILLS/QUALITIES IDENTIFIED

• Internet Savvy and skilled in internet based researches
• Have worked in social media marketing for 2+ years
• Experience in ORM( Online Reputation Management), Social Media Strategy, Content Marketing (or be willing to learn – we will arrange training).
• Well verse in MS Office and MS excel
• Knowledge of MS Power Point
• Able to monitor and manage daily progress of search engine campaign details including strategy & implementation, copy writing, budgets, and reporting.
• Able to gather information over the phone and using the internet.
• Able to speak and write fluently in English (British English or American English)
• Flexible in responding to change or business needs
• Willing to continually learn and develop skills
• Available to work for 40 hours per week.
• Have own computer with a high speed Internet connection at home.
• Competent Skype user.
