**Description:**
Hi, I'm Matthew, a content creator producing videos for various social media platforms, focusing on travel and daily life in Asia. Over my two-year journey, I've created a diverse range of videos (1.6 TB) stored in my Google Drive. As my brand is already well-known on social media, we are repurposing old clips into new content. Currently, we upload around 1-2 videos per day, aiming to increase that to 3-5 in the next few weeks.
**Position Explanation:**
The work we're hiring for is straightforward and doesn't require extensive experience (as long as you're willing to learn!). Your responsibility will be to locate files in our Google Drive and adjust them based on the provided agenda for existing scripts/voiceovers. While advanced editing skills are not necessary, basic knowledge of video structure and file selection is required.
To familiarize you with our work style, I'll provide guidance and share over 60 pre-edited videos. The videos are short-form content, typically 40-60 seconds in length.
**Requirements:**
- iPhone (Models up to 12, or any MacBook, as the work involves exporting files)
- Fast and stable internet (your Wi-Fi should be reliable enough for effective file access and downloads)
**Salary:**
Initially, we offer $250-300 per month. This rate is negotiable, and if your contribution significantly impacts channel growth, we're open to increasing it promptly. As a bonus, we're willing to offer an extra 10% of the channel revenue each month. For example, if the main channel is operating at $1,000, and your work boosts it to $2,000, you can expect a $200 bonus at the end of the month.
