Super Talented T-Shirt / Mugs Designer Needed - Full Time Job

We're selling printed t-shirts, mugs and other merchandise online and looking for a super talented designer that can design 15-30 designs a day for us (depends on the difficult level of the designs). 5 days a week (full time). Designs will be created with Photoshop/illustrator and we will need the transparent file of the design (PNG file).

Monthly salary: $350-400 (depends on the performance level) + bonuses. Payment will go weekly by paypal.
