Livestream Operations Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Host relationship maintenance:

- Recruit hosts and agencies to facilitate collaboration with MCNs and stars

Develop and maintain positive relationships with the host.

Work with Internet celebrities and quality hosts to understand their content creation goals and provide support.

2. LIVE schedule planning:

Work closely with content creators to plan and coordinate LIVE schedules.

Ensure consistency with audience preferences, platform trends, and activities.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Analyze performance indicators to evaluate success and make improvement suggestions.

Education support:

Provide guidance to hosts on optimizing content, utilizing platform features, and complying with policies.

- Promote training courses on platform tools and trends.

Requirements:

Rich experience in LIVE operation or hosting management in the LIVE industry.

Have a deep understanding of LIVE platforms, trends, and audience behavior.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Possessing analytical thinking skills, able to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Able to collaborate effectively with Cross-functional teams.
