Virtual Assistant - Chat Support

8 HOUR SHIFTS. COMMISSION BASED.

Responsibilities:

- Join specific rooms dependent on the given task.

- Navigate through the user list and correctly identify a specific type of user as per the provided guidelines.

- Initiate and carry out chat conversations with the targeted users with the help of a provided script.

- Maintain a friendly and playful vibe in all interactions, no matter the attitude of the user.

- Regularly perform page refresh checks to confirm the successful delivery of messages.

- Immediately report any instances where message delivery issues are observed.


Qualifications:

C1/C2 English: Exceptional written communication skills in English are essential for clear and effective customer interactions.
