Accounts Payable Specialist

This position is in an USA-based bookkeeping firm that works with E-commerce businesses only. One department is managing the AP for our clients and we are looking for an experienced AP specialist who has managed the end-to-end AP process for companies.

This includes:
Entering POs
Entering deposits paid to vendors
Entering BIlls and Full payments
Managing the AP email inbox and communicating with vendors
Use QuickBooks Online

This requires full-time only and being available for the graveyard shift.
