**ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Daily Tasks:**

• Build 1 hour weekly training for the team
• Build Out Our Base System

**SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:**

• Owns a laptop or a desktop computer.
• Internet with at least 100mbps speed.

**WORKING CONDITIONS:**

Candidates can work from anywhere, with reliable internet access. They must be able to communicate clearly and promptly. It is a part-time position, around 20 hours a week. Daily communications with tea ---------- mbers in the Philippines and the US will need at least 2 hours of overlap time in the US.

**SALARY AND BENEFITS:**

- 500php/hr
- 75,000 a month plus bonus structure for full-time long term (1 year+)
