Social Media Manager for Real Estate Photography Company

Hickman Aerial is a real estate photography company based in Bellingham, WA which is 90 minutes North of Seattle, WA. We are in search of a social media manager to manage client acquisition.

The pay will be $5/hr.
The hours will be 10/wk.


Client acquisition is conducted primarily through Instagram. We're looking for someone to help us expand our brand awareness and reach out to more real estate agents. The day-to-day duties of this job will, in part, consist of the following:

* Utilize Instagram to search for local prospective clients
* Implement strategies to engage with those prospective clients to increase our brand awareness
* Message and respond to questions regarding our services
* Utilize project management software to compile and organize efforts and results

Many of the client outreach aspects will consist of utilizing our message-generating tools to send messages. Engagement will also require both writing and responding to unique messages regarding business-specific content. For this reason, we're looking for someone with the following skills:

* Sufficient English to read, understand, and craft appropriate responses to agents
* The ability to answer questions as agents respond to outreach

As we continue to grow our business, we hope to further automate other aspects of our business. There will be plenty of potential for growth and promotions in the company as more opportunities arise.
