Senior Graphic Designer

The success and quality of our brand are attributed to the talent of our people. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

Responsibilities:
- Design eye-catching digital graphics that support the 4ocean brand
- Design and produce landing pages to create a better user experience
-Design and product organic and paid ads across multiple advertising channels
- Uphold 4ocean brand standards across all creative deliverables.
- Collaborate with staff copywriter on how design and messaging can work
best together
- Designing and producing all forms of print and digital media assets
- Design and prepare print-ready files for high-level product packaging assets
- Deliver positive user experience across our digital properties and responsibility
of the company’s brand identity

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position of design
- Proficiency in full Adobe Creative Suite on Mac OS platform; InDesign,
Photoshop, Illustrator. Knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
- Experience designing within the technical constraints of the web and mobile
devices
- Strong visual design and typography skills

- A keen eye for typography, composition and layout hierarchy to develop fresh
and innovative designs
- Great attention to detail and out-of-the-box creative mindset
- Ability to self-manage; strong time management skills and pacing to tight
deadlines
- Comfortable with and receptive to constructive criticism; able to address
feedback quickly and accurately
- Has an attention to detail, can multitask in the face of competing priorities.
- A team player who is also able to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to partner
with various levels of leadership within the organization
- Comfort in a fast-paced, frequently changing start-up environment
- Team-first, optimistic, solution-driven orientation
