Quality Assurance Warehouse

- Inspect, test, and materials ( Rms & PMs) or products for defects and deviations from specifications.
- Conduct documentation quality documents and support intended for raw materials and other documents related to assigned task.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure appropriate actions and preventive measures are in place to prevent reoccurrence.
- Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Conduct inspections or finished products or raw materials to identify trends in defects or errors and support more complex trials and experiments under intermediate supervisions.
- Inspection of FIFO/FEFO method in warehouse.
- Attest transfer of goods from production prior warehouse entry.
- Monitors relative warehouse humidity, temperature, and condition based on requirements.
Monitors the hygiene and sanitation of the truck and delivery personnel for both receiving and dispatch.
- encodes all received items and updates database.
- Monitors retention sample of RMs and PMs.
- Other duties assigned.
