Webmaster, Designer/SEO Marketer for Web page setup, web page design and internet marketing research

UK training company seeks talented webmasters for work-from-home full-time positions to revive current website and develop new websites for various markets.

We have been established for over 15 years and have operations in the UK and USA. Last year we established a market in the USA and began offering e-learning as an option. We wish to offer our range of training programs direct to end users via the internet in the UK and USA. To do this, we need to establish a range of websites, linking affiliate programmes and autoresponders and the shopping cart to fulfil requirements.

The successful applicants will initially be offered a 1 month trial and given mini projects to allow us to review skills and experience. The mini projects will be based on our overall goals (listed below). Once the successful applicants pass the trial period and establish our trust, we will want to work with you continously. We anticipate the initial project will require 10 hours of work for an experienced webmaster who is familiar with 1shoppingcart.com software and producing webpages using Wordpress. Further projects will be given once the initial 10 hour project is completed, until the end of the one month period.


Further on-going projects include integrating 1shoppingcart Pro and autoresponders into various websites which include:
* redesign our UK website and use SEO to make the most of the opportunity in the marketplace, ensuring no loss of traffic during/after transfer (preferably there will be an increase!);
* develop a website for the USA market for a new toolkit we have devised;
*design an individual “speaker” website to raise the profile of our CEO, to include SEO, Social networking etc;
*and create an “auction”-type member only website for the UK market initially, but leading to replica websites in the US, Singapore, Australia/NZ and other English Speaking countries (this requires a sophisticated back-end database, fully automate, including payment processing)

We have also registered over 50 other domain names incorporating our work activities, these sites will be made into "mini info" sites - with detailed information on the keyword and linking back to main websites where indicated. All websites will utilise the same 1shoppingcart (or similar) shopping cart/affiliate/autoresponder.

We are looking to build a full time team (based in the Philippines) with members working 40+ hours per week - they will create websites and an effective marketing strategy that incorporates all aspects necessary to achieve page 1 ranking for our keywords and industry.

Initially, we are seeking an individual to kick start this project, and maybe able to liaise with us and organize the most cost effective methods of achieving our goals.

This is a very long term project (many years) as the methodology employed via search engines and the worldwide web is constantly evolving. You must be willing to learn new things and continue your own development to keep yourself at the top of your game to help us.

TECHNICAL SKILLS NEEDED
Technical skills we require as a minimum:

* English speaking to a good level
* Internet Savvy and skilled in internet based researches
* intermediate-advanced web page setup/developing/html
* intermediate graphic design using Dreamweaver, Notepad, Notepad++ and PSPad Editor
* Proficient in Maintaining/Installing Blog sites using Wordpress - intermediate level
* in-depth experience with the Wordpress platform, building custom CSS templates & themes, knowledgeable on plugins, possibly able to create plugins, adding widgets (opt-in forms, RSS feeds, etc)
The web designer needs to be able to work quickly and efficiently sometimes under deadlines.
Ideally I would also like applicants to have (but not essential):
* intermediate marketing skills
* some knowledge of affiliate marketing, ebook marketing and ClickBank.

You must be able to design full websites using Wordpress, create mini-sites, banner ads, landing pages, squeeze pages etc. HTML/CSS/PHP/C-Panel & FTP experience a must. Strong attention to detail, communication (written and verbal English), ability to work unsupervised a must. Attention to detail is very important.
