Architect

We are a US-based company dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Architect. This LONG-TERM role is perfect for someone who demonstrates kindness, a pleasant attitude in their interactions with colleagues & clients, and with exceptional critical thinking skills who can analyze situations, identify key issues, and develop effective solutions. You will work remotely, providing assistance to our lead architect. Include the phrase 'Design Success' at the beginning of your cover letter to be considered.

Responsibilities on a Daily Basis may include:
-Floor planning
-Communication Duties
-Materials Estimation
-Purchasing: Tracking Materials and Orders
-Addressing and Solving Issues
-3d modelling and rendering

Requirements:
-Should be available to work full-time (NIGHT SHIFT, from Sunday to Friday, 9pm to 6am MLA time), with no other professional commitments that might affect their availability or performance
-Willing to start immediately
-Possession of a degree in Architecture or a similar field
-Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other pertinent architectural tools (knowledgeable in Revit/ArchiCad is a plus)
-Competency in office software and communication tools, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email platforms, and project management platforms
-Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities
-Excellent skills in communication, collaboration, and presentation
-Capacity to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines
-Strong problem-solving abilities and flexibility to handle a diverse set of tasks.
-Must have access to a reliable laptop/PC and stable, fast internet connection
