Book and course research

I'm looking to write a book and/or develop two audio courses and need some help with the research.

I'm a property investor and also a mortgage/financial adviser in the UK. I can give you access on where you need to go to find the information. I need someone to sift through the information. Copy and organise the information for me to formulate my book/course.
