Movie/TV Show Reaction YouTube Video Editor / Thumbnail Creator

I am looking for a full time Movie/TV Show Reaction Video Editor / Thumbnail Creator for my YouTube Channel.

I am looking for someone who is experienced in editing Movie/TV Show Reaction YouTube specific videos.

I would like someone who understands how to edit an engaging reaction videos that will increase watch time on my channel.

##Only video editors with Movie Reaction Editing experience will be considered.##

BONUS: It would also be great to find someone who understands the necessary elements to creating a Movie/TV Show Reaction YouTube thumbnail that people will want to click on. This is a bonus if you can do this, if not then it is not a problem.

I would like someone who can edit one quality video in one 8 hour shift or less. If you can create a thumbnail for that video too within that time that would be a bonus.

You can work any 8 hour shift, 5 days per week that you would like. Starting pay for this position is $250 per month with the opportunity to move up in the future.
