1. Management of production and income
- Comparison of planned, expected and actual production of power generation, and maximize the yield and income from the SPCs

2. Operation management
- Manage and supervise the maintenance works by O&M and CEE
- Manage and supervise the corrective and preventive action against the production loss caused by failure, operation error, environmental condition and system design.
- Manage to comply the certification and the regulation from the government
- Support the development team to communicate with local government, land owner, Grid Operator about technical issue
- Support the commercial AM for the application and negotiation of insurance claim

3. Reporting
- Monthly, Annual reporting on the technical issues
- Technical reporting in a legal manner to comply the requirement from the government

4. Document management
- Manage to keep and update the latest document of drawings, specification and manuals
- Keep any technical report such like a O&M report
