Airbnb Data Analyst

We are a fast-growing Airbnb Company based in the USA renting our apartments and hotel rooms.

We're currently looking to bring on a talented business and data analyst to help us research new and upcoming markets for Airbnb, analyze our incoming deals for profitability and sustainability, and prepare performance analytics and insights for our current Airbnb portfolio.

Requirements:
- A data science or finance degree is a huge plus, but we also value experience, passion, and talent.
- Ability to commit a consistent 40 hours a week of design work
- You're highly skilled at creating pro formas, doing business competitive research, preparing reports, manipulating data via excel and tableau
- You are capable of creating beautiful and well researched financial analysis and create Tableau visualizations from Airbnb revenue and profit data.
- You’re familiar with excel macros and coding in google sheets and python to automate and do data analysis
- Experience with Guesty, Upgrade to see actual info, Airbnb, VRBO highly preferred
- You're passionate about the hospitality and airbnb industry, staying up on the latest trends, regulations and discovering new markets and opportunities, and consistently upping your mind.
