VA for Land Flipping Business

Seeking an energetic self-starter to assist with marketing campaigns to purchase vacant land in the US.

Activities include:
Download and cleanse mailing lists - need to be very comfortable manipulating CSV files. We will test for this upfront, please do not apply if you don't have experience working with CSV files containing thousands of records
Send mail according to a set schedule
Diligence inbound interest - checking for road access, flood plain, overdue taxes, etc
Research and report on marketing channels (Facebook, SEO, ringless voicemail, etc)
Manage and maintain all campaigns and necessary documents in CRM

Software (we will provide training on all these):

Land.ID
Pebble REI
Follow Up Boss CRM
OpenPhone
Slack

Skype

We communicate using Slack and Dropbox

Excellent written and spoken English is a requirement.
College education is required.

Hours are during US Eastern, 9 AM to 5 PM.
