Sales Representation for an IT Company

Hi! We're are an IT Company [called OftenSerious] selling services like Website development/designing, Graphics Designing, Application Development and several other services in this line of Information Technology. We currently operate from Texas (in the USA), London (in the UK) and have our development hub in Kathmandu (Nepal).

- We're seeking for sales representatives who will, in turn, contact cold/warm leads and convince them to take one of our existing development package or a custom package as per their needs.
- We'll provide you with Skype account with enough credits to call in our desired location.
- We'll provide a list of companies (most of them cold leads) whom you must contact and convince to take one of our service packages in the offering. For each of the sales (once they deposit initial fee), you’ll receive 3-7% (eqv. 15-35$ at our minimum quote price) commission for the sales.
- You’ll have to manage everything on your part so that you can contact clients. These might be headphones, stable internet connection, a device to work with and anything else that you think will be required.

We’ll review your performance at the end of the month when we can discuss the salary increment. We’re looking for a long term worker (if possible).

We'll call your first-month work as an evaluation period when we want you to work for 200-250$ with around 40 hrs. a week work time. You'll be paid on a weekly basis.

This is the first time; we’re looking for Sales Representative so we don’t have any scripts (to speak) or anything we can give you in this regard; you must make that one out yourself. We can brief about the service on offer and every other thing once we have initial communication after your bid.
